Before we can start finding you quality candidates we need to have a clear understanding of the type of person you are looking for. You can start by writing down the essential functions of the job and then list the skills and qualifications that are essential or desirable for the job to be performed effectively.

If you have an advert that you’ve used before we’re happy to work with that.

I will place your advert on the most appropriate job boards so we target the candidates who have a close match to your requirements. Once your advert is live I monitor it daily to ensure it as attracting the right quality of candidates.

Once your advert is live I will monitor the applicants, weeding out those poor candidates and carrying out telephone interviews with the quality applicants. I then send you a shortlist of quality candidates that meet your requirements.

All you need to do is decide which of those candidates you will interview.

When you’ve made your selection I will make all the arrangements for the interviews on your behalf.

When the interviews are completed I will provide feedback to the unsuccessful candidates and will also negotiate with your ideal candidate. Once your offer has been accepted I will carry out comprehensive pre-employment checks including references from previous employers, essential qualifications and checking the right to work in the UK. We will also support your candidate through their resignation process and through the first few days of their new relationship with you.
